Disconnected from the server after you had a trade
1. SS all the items in your store and show the options
2. SS the trade window with the items and options
3. SS the Disconnect window
4. SS of inventory, store and vault after reconnect in game.
This are more than enough to get your item back. We can check when the server crushed and compare.
Removing/Adding yellow / Adding Sockets
1. SS the item in the machine (show the options)
2. SS the disconnect window
3. SS of inventory, store and vault after reconnect in game.
VERY IMPORTANT
ALWAYS make Screen Shots of your items, so in any case of issues regarding your items you will have a proof!
AND ALWAYS REMEMBER NO PROOF IT WILL BE NO ITEM RESTORATION
