    CAN YOU MAKE IT CLEAR WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?
    OK LETS SAY YOU HAVE BUG SHIELD AND STAFF....BUT WHAT BUG IS IT.
    PLEASE MAKE IT DETAILED SO WE KNOW WHAT TO DO...
