i checked your login logs your ip didnt change so it means no other player opened it .. so you are not been hacked, are you trying to fool us ?.. false report = permanent ban you know that?

please be more specific in what items u lost so that it would be easier for HGM THANATOS to trace ur items.

Need to know the name of the items and the specific date you bought the items from webshop.

Any items lost without proof from webshop will not be refunded.

Are we clear on this matter?

On your next reply, I would like to see an SS from WEBSHOP which clearly shows you purchasing ur lost items.

I repeat, no proof of purchase = no refund.

The admin is asking for an SS of your item logs from webshop, not what you say you lost. Please post an SS showing your previously bought items via Storebox -> Assigned.
