    what happen to my set,3acc,2sword, and gold pet.This may SS when I upload to may FB.

    Then when I switch char this will happen to may vault its gone

    where did you get those set did you bought it in webshop??? then provide screen shot of your store logs coz it is impossible losing of items while switching char? if the vault is the problem as i can see why your fenrir was gone too ,, even it is not in vault.. make your report clear or dont dare fooling us coz we can see trade logs or anything.. thanks

    I dont know why may fenrir gone also!!!...YES I buy it in webshop last two months!!!!!!I got lag because may net gone also!!!!!

    It is not easy to refund GC(Gold Credits) without valid proof:)

    why we go in the webshop ?.May item gone when I put in the vault and then I switch char after switch char I open may vault but may Item gone and may gold pet

    you need to SS your webshop Item logs . TO PROVE that you really bought those items on webshop . and Staff team will check what happened to your items . or your items are still on your account .

    as THANATOS said . it's impossible to lost an items just because of switching of character

    its so simple to take an SS on webshop .
    and post it here

    These types of VISUAL BUG HAPPENS ALOT... did u try full exiting the client and reconnecting???

    How to SS in webshop may item I buy last 2months ago!!!!

    Go to webshop then Storebox>Assigned items and you will see the items and date bought Smile
